Workplace Representative (secondment), South

Contract: Full time (35 hours/week); secondment for six to twelve months ideally from end of June/early July 2026.

Location: Homebased within a reasonable travel distance of their allocated geographical patch.

Salary: We will match full time equivalent salary up to £57,067p.a. including London Weighting and without other enhancements.

We have an exciting opportunity for an RCM workplace representative to join us in the South team for six to twelve months. The RCM Workplace Representative, South will provide employment relations support and services to our members in the South. The role holder will work closely alongside the Regional Head, London and south and RCM south team.

If you have experience of working as a midwife or as an MSW/MCA and experience as an RCM workplace representative, we would love to hear from you. Your RCM reward package will include:
