 By your side: Empowering midwives and maternity support workers to influence change across Wales

This year’s theme By your side- Empowering midwives and maternity support Workers to influence change across Wales. The conference offers a unique opportunity to engage with colleagues from across Wales, meet the RCM team, and strengthen professional networks.

We want to raise the profile of the profession and celebrate excellence within the Maternity Profession, showcasing the achievements of midwives and MSWs through inspiring keynote speakers, thought-provoking panel discussions, and dynamic poster presentations.

Speakers and delegates will be celebrating unique and inspiring journeys through the midwifery profession, exploring and celebrating for all maternity workers in Wales. The conference will be interactive and inspiring as always with a strong focus on celebrating the passion and dedication of midwives, MSWs and students in Wales.   

This is a day dedicated to shared learning, professional growth, and celebrating the exceptional work happening across our maternity services.

Abstracts

We invite you to submit an abstract of no more than 500 words (in English) for consideration as a poster. Your abstract must specify the aims of your innovation,  project, research, your research processes or methodology, the main outcomes/results obtained and the main conclusions.
