The RCM is delighted to be jointly hosting with the INMO, the All Ireland Annual Midwifery conference & exhibition at the Fairways Hotel Dundalk. There will be opportunities to network with your peers and engage with exhibitors providing a range of products and services focused on maternity care.
This conference focuses on the leadership, workforce and innovation needed to deliver safe, high-quality maternity care. Expert speakers will highlight the importance of strong leadership in addressing current challenges, sustaining service improvements and ensuring positive outcomes for women and families.
Key themes include patient safety, quality care, workforce sustainability and the global need for more midwives. Workshops explore the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in healthcare and provided practical guidance for supporting midwives transitioning from student to practitioner.
