This programme is designed for all Band 7 leaders, including labour ward coāordinators and those managing teams. Band 7 clinical leaders play a crucial role in shaping positive workplace cultures and ensuring safe, effective care. This course builds the skills needed to lead confidently in complex and highāpressure maternity environments.
