Leading with compassion, courage and commitment

The Eidos programme is a tailored leadership development opportunity for senior or experienced Band 6 midwives who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Participants in the Eidos programme will benefit from a rich and supportive learning experience designed to elevate their leadership potential. Delegates will:

  • Lead with confidence, compassion and courage, using tailored strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities in their specific maternity context.
  • Support clinical managers more effectively through collaborative leadership, improved communication, and a deeper understanding of team dynamics and priorities.
