An essential introductory course for all new or less experienced stewards. The course will have pre course work to be completed prior to the first day.This is a two day course focusing on disciplinary and grievance processes. Using the technique of flipped learning we will use these two days to guide you practically through these process.
You must have completed the introductory stewards course part one and email wprtraining@rcm.org.uk aĀ certificate of completion for the required i-learn modules.
Please note you willĀ notĀ be eligible to attend theĀ course without presenting your certificate of completion for the required i-learn modules.
Eligibility:
Accreditation in 2026: If you are brand new to the role, you must complete Introductory Training ā Part 1 first, including the project element.
