An essential introductory course for all new or less experienced stewards. The course will have pre course work to be completed prior to the first day. It will focus on supporting members facing disciplinary and grievance procedures providing you with an in depth look at these key skills.
You will have an opportunity to practice new skills in a safe environment and understand these essential parts of the steward role. This course will need to be completed to enable you to attend further specialist RCM activist training.
To book onto this course you must have completed the Introductory stewards course part one and email wprtraining@rcm.org.uk
