Undermining and bullying behaviours in the workplace
The Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) have worked collaboratively to try to address the problem of undermining and bullying behaviours in maternity services. This module is part of a suite of resources available for midwives, doctors, student midwives and maternity support staff to challenge poor behaviour and to improve the working environment.
