Overview

Following the announcement of the governments intention to both launch negotiations over structural pay reform with NHS trade unions and to implement the  Pay review Body recommendation of 3.3% upflift for 2026  / 2027 for England Wales and NI , this activist briefing will now focus on sharing an update with activists on recent developments and hearing your views about next steps for the RCM
