Overview

This event is designed specifically for our MSWs/MCAs who hold any of the activist roles in the RCM, Ā offering a unique opportunity to enhance your skills, network with peers, and gain insights into the wider work of the RCM .

With sessions covering crucial topics like perinatal mental health, building relationships, job evaluation, and recruitment and retention, you’ll leave equipped with practical knowledge and strategies to excel in your role both as an MSW/MCA and as an RCM activist. Plus, interactive workshops and Q&A sessions will ensure you have the chance to engage directly with RCM Staff

Places on this course are limited and you must have secured time off to attend. Your accommodation and meals are included and reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
