An exciting opportunity for RCM members to hear about the experiences of Dr Cath Bishop, former Olympian and British diplomat and engage in an exciting question and answer session. The format of the webinar will be based on your questions and areas of interest. Dr Cath Bishop is experienced in supporting and driving teams forward and understands the complexities and dynamics of modern leadership in the NHS.Ā

Drā€ÆCathā€ÆBishopā€Æis a triple Olympian and former British diplomat who specialized in global conflict issues. She is now a leadership and culture coach and speaker on topics around performance, resilience and workplace culture.ā€ÆCathā€Æis the author of an acclaimed book about how we define success in sport, business, education and life: ā€˜The Long Winā€™.ā€ÆCathā€Æteaches on Executive Education programmes at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University and is an independent cultural advisor to British Gymnastics on the implementation of cultural change following the Whyte Review.ā€ÆCathā€Æwrites monthly columns on topics of culture in sport for The Guardian and co-hosts The Inside Out Culture Podcast looking at different topics of organisational culture.
