The national maternity and neonatal review, chaired by Baroness Amos, is examining the quality and safety of maternity and neonatal services across England. The RCM has engaged with this process throughout and submitted 11,000 words of frontline testimony from midwives and maternity support workers to Baroness Amos’s rapid review. The RCM will respond fully when the final report is published.
