Overview

A deep dive into the RCM publication standing up for higher standards and how activists can use this to strengthen their voice.

This is a three day residential training course. The course aims to provide stewards, health and safety reps and learning reps with the skills to strengthen their voice and improve their knowledge and skills at work.

The course includes:

  • Speaking up as an activist and bargaining power
  • Case study
  • NHS Freedom to speak up

 

Criteria to attend

  • Completed introductory training at least one year prior
  • If you have completed your introductory course from September 2024 onwards will of needed to complete the project and submitted it.
