This is a three day virtual training course over a period of three weeks with pre-course work. The course will be held on 10, 17 and 24 November 2025.
The course aims to provide new learning representatives the skills to help members identify their learning needs and improve their knowledge and skills at work or in their personal lives. The course includes:
