This i-learn module was created as part of the RCM Caring For You campaign, in particular the commitment: ‘Culture – Promote a positive, inclusive culture where staff feel valued, respected and invested in, and ensure a safe and effective learning environment for students’. This includes empowering all staff to raise concerns if they see an unsafe practice.

The module is made up of a series of four videos showing different behaviours and how others see those behaviours.
