This short module will give you an understanding of the definitions and causes of homelessness and how it may impact on women and families you care for. It will look at the Homelessness Reduction Act (2017) and how to confidently carry out your duty to refer. The module includes advice on how to provide woman-centred care to those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, example scenarios and suggested interventions.
