The RCM’s career framework provides a profession specific career structure for RCM members, their employers and educators across the United Kingdom.

The framework is built on the four pillars of education, clinical practice, management and research with leadership placed centrally across the four pillars as we believe leadership is everyone’s responsibility and is an important part of everyone’s role.

There is no study time for the career framework.  Just dip in and out to explore the different roles and the case studies of those working in those roles.
