Workplace Representative, Northern Ireland

Contract: Part time (21 hours/week); secondment for 2 months from June to MidAugust 2025, with possibility of extension depending on operational needs.

Location: Homebased within a reasonable travel distance of their allocated geographical patch. Travel to the RCM office in Belfast for other meetings, events and visits as required.

Salary: We will match your existing salary up to £27,237 p.a. for part-time, without enhancements.

This is an exciting development opportunity to join the RCM Northern Ireland team for three months. Working closely with our Acting Director for NI, you will provide employment relations support and services to RCM members in Northern Ireland working.
