Learning Reps update

This event forms part of your ongoing training and is an great opportunity to learn from each other and network with your peers.

The update will include:

• A professional update  delivered by key RCM staff about your role and signpost you to resources to support you.
• Trade Unionism burnout: understanding the physical and emotional toll of activism with the RCM.
• Your feedback: an opportunity to share the work you have been doing as a learning representative and discuss next steps in your learning reps journey.
