The Postdoctoral Nursing and Midwifery Colloquium 2022 will be held 30 September and is organised by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Nursing & Midwifery, in collaboration with the NIHR Nursing & Midwifery Incubator.

The colloquium is aimed at postdoctoral nurses and midwives clinical academics who are working in health and social care in England, currently working clinically or managerially within health and social care who may not be currently leading research, and NHS Managers who have a postdoctoral nurse or midwife in their team.

Attendees are encouraged to register with their NHS Manager.

This event would like to see a maximum of one nurse, one midwife and one manager from NHS Trusts and Boards.

The postdoctoral nurse or midwife should be active in clinical research or interested in developing their research career.

Session will include applying for personal awards and research grants, with a session for managers on embedding post-doctoral nurses and midwives in clinical teams.

The colloquium will be held at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, 85-89 Colemore Road, Birmingham, B3 2BB.

This is a face-to-face event and free to attend, however travel costs and accommodation is not provided.
