Overview

Last month, the governments for England, Wales and Northern Ireland accepted a pay award for Agenda for Change staff worth 3.3% from 1 April 2026, alongside a promise to negotiate on structural pay reform. RCM believes this is not enough. We are organising a webinar for members to discuss this in more detail, update you on the latest on the talks and hear your views.
