Overview

An essential introductory course for all new or less experienced stewards. The course will have pre course work to be completed prior to the first day.This is a two day course focusing on disciplinary and grievance processes. Using the technique of flipped learning we will use these two days to guide you practically through these process.

You must have completed the introductory stewards course part one and email wprtraining@rcm.org.uk

Please note you will be unable to book on the course without presenting your certificate of completion for the ilearn element of the course.

Eligibility:

Accreditation in 2026: If you are brand new to the role, you must complete Introductory Training – Part 1 first, including the project element.

Accreditation before 2026:

  • Completion of the Introductory training
  • Completion of the associated ilearn module

28 – 29 October 2026: for Scotland
