Overview

RCM stewards will at times need to prepare for and be involved in local bargaining , either with their department management or with other staff side unions and wider management . This course will help develop your bargaining skills and will use topical examples of campaigns and bargaining to make the workplace a fairer place for all our members. This course is for reps who have completed their introductory course at least 1 year prior to attending.

Criteria to attend

  • Completed introductory training at least one year prior to start of specialist course.
  • If you have completed your introductory course from September 2024 onwards you will of need to have completed the project and submitted it.
