Overview

Building on the success of the neurodivergence acceptance toolkit, this webinar will focus on the experience of neurodivergent early career midwives in their transition into the workplace. We will hear lived experience of challenges faced and support received from our speakers, as well as explore employer responsibility and how the RCM can support you in improving the working lives of neurodiverse colleagues.
