This course is aimed at inspiring and empowering activists in branches to lead. It provides a step to progress from branch to RCM Board and from a local activist to national or regional officer.
This interactive course which runs over four days is for RCM activists, to help them to be the best that they can be in their role and increase confidence to explore āwhat elseā they can achieve. If you are a RCM activist and you recognise your leadership strengths but would like to do more, you will find the course, challenging, inspiring and valuable for your career development.
