Introductory health and safety reps training (June)

This is a three day training course with online pre-course work and a residential classroom. It is an essential course for all newly accredited or inexperienced health and safety reps. The course will have pre course work to be completed prior to the first day.

The course includes:

  • the role and legal rights of the RCM health and safety rep
  • trade union facilities for RCM health and safety reps
  • understanding the law on health, safety and welfare at work
  • the legal duties of employers to provide a healthy and safe working environment for staff
  • considering how to improve workplace health and safety standards for RCM members

 

You will be booked onto the next available introductory training course once you have been accredited. If you have any queries, please email wprtraining@rcm.org.uk
