Standing up for Higher Standards

A deep dive into the RCM publicationĀ standing up for higher standardsĀ and how activists can use this to strengthen their voice.

This is a three day residential training course. The course aims to provide stewards, health and safety reps and learning reps with the skills to strengthen their voice and improve their knowledge and skills at work. Activists must have completed their introductory course before attending this course.

The course includes:

  • Speaking up as an activist and bargaining power
  • Case study
  • NHS Freedom to speak up
