This webinar talks about invigorating and inspiring clinical leaders to engage and re-engage with leadership and leading teams. There is a significant national focus on maternity services (Ockenden 2022; Kirkup 2023). Culture and the leadership within organisations and in the clinical care setting are repeatedly highlighted as issues impacting on safe and effective care. This webinar supports those involved with leading in the clinical setting, such as Band 7 coordinators, managers and team leaders, matrons and all midwives delivering clinical care to explore their understanding of leadership, compassion and courage.
